These paperweights are made with epoxy resin and dried, real flowers. The flowers in the pictures are mostly from funerals; however, weddings, dates, and any other event that you can think of can be preserved inside one of these paperweights. They can be made with fake flowers as well.

If you are interested in using fake flowers, it's ok to place an order now; however, if you want to proceed with fresh flowers, please please please read below **BEFORE PLACING ORDER** as I want this process to go as smoothly as possible and so that you are fully aware, and receiving what you're looking for.

If you are interested in using real flowers, see below:

**I am asking that you message me first so that we can discuss options & potential risks. There ARE RISKS, and I want you to be fully aware since these are generally coming with sentimental value**

Examples of risks:
- Some flowers take longer to dry out (example- roses and carnations) These do dry nicely, though!!
- Some flowers are more difficult to keep together once dried (daisies, depending on freshness which could cause brittleness)
- Sometimes when flowers have many overlapping petals, some bubbles may occur during the curing process.
- If wilted when received, they wont dry as nicely or colorfully.

Over the years, I have developed several techniques to avoid these risks, but sometimes, they are unavoidable.

One thing I would like to request is that you send me 2 flowers just incase any of the above issues occur. I will dry both flowers out with the goal of only using one. If everything works out, Ill mail you back the second dried flower.

Mailing fresh flowers is possible with the following steps:
1. Cut leaves from stems
2. moisten a paper towel shops or cloth, and lay flowers on top of each other (try to spread out the flower parts as much as possible) so that the stems are all in the same place. Wrap the paper towel around the stems and secure with rubber band.
3. Place a Ziplock or grocery bag around the stems/ paper towel, and secure with another rubber band (so the stems stay moist but the box stays dry.)
4. Place in box, on top of some type of padding that will not damage the flowers (cotton batting, newspaper (be careful..,) tissue paper, etc... And then ship!

Once I get your package, I will film the opening of the box so you can see what condition the flowers are in once received. I cannot be responsible for damages that happen through transit. I'll send you the video and if you want to proceed with current condition, now is the time to place your order. I just need to know what color base you want, as well as if you have an idea about placement, or if you want me to be creative!

Side note- you can also send more than one flower. As long as they fit into the mold, I'll add them in for no extra charge. Other non flower type things can also be added if you want. I have used pictures, obituaries, bracelets, rosary beads, etc.

Added info:
Flowers usually take about 3-7 days to dry.
Each resin layer takes 24 hours to cure and there are usually 2-3 layers.
