This is a vintage 1960s mod buckle and ruffle neck blouson top drop waist dress.

It is made of black polyester crepe material with a zip closure up the back.

The longs sleeves end in button cuffs.

Condition:
The only issue is that the metal zipper is a bit shops "sticky", but it does work well.
