This is a Unique Paper Doll Handbag complete with the raincoat, rain hat, umbrella, handbag, rain hat, and rain boots.
It is done in black with red and white as the accent colors. Inside there is a zipper pocket and a small slide pocket.

A little about Lulu Guinness - She founded her eponymous brand in 1989 at the age of 29. See the last picture above. She was inspired by the idea of a fabric briefcase for women. She still lives the motto of her hero, the surrealist fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli, "Dare to be Different". Women who wear Lulu Guinness do just that. Her creations are seen on Kate Moss, Helena Bonham Carter, Poppy Delevigne, Olivia Palermo, Dita von Teese, and Emma Watson. They have a fierce sense of humor and an even stronger sense of their feminity.
