Fatal Frame II comes with it's case and disc only. The manual is missing unfortunately. I have personally resurfaced, buffed and polished the disc and it's looking beautiful. Siren shops comes disc only and has been professionally resurfaced and doesn't have a single scratch on it. I have tested both games and they are both in excellent working condition. I will pack Siren inside the Fatal Frame II case and do so with great care. These games are really creepy. Enjoy!.
