MATERIAL

All of Soul Creations Decor's unfinished products are made from 1/2" birch hardwood. Finished products are painted and sanded by hand in shop. Products made with this material are not recommended to be in direct weather elements, if you would like your product to be suitable for outside, place a custom order (cost will change due to the use of different materials).

Products can be ordered to be raw or finished. A raw product will come unpainted and unstained, but it will be sanded. If you would like to purchase this item to be finished, select a color or stain from the shop and the item will be painted/stained for you. If you select raw and select a color or stain, you will only be charged for a raw product and your product will be shipped as such.

Go to our samples listing to order a sample set of the colors and stains that you would like to see! The color or stain will be painted onto a small piece of the same type of birch wood that we will use to make your product!

- UPS is used for shipping unless a separate request is made.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be shipped.
- A shipping notification will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number. UPS shipping typically takes two days.
- Please note your order will ship to your Etsy address. If you have a different shipping address, please be sure to include that information in the 'message to seller' during checkout.
- WE DO OFFER LOCAL CUSTOMERS TO HAVE A PICKUP OPTION. To do this, enter the promo code "PICKUP" at checkout and there will be no charge for shipping. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up.
