Vintage Powerpuff Girls Best Friends Magic Motion Doll Figure Talking BUBBLES The item is still in original packaging like new but there are scratching/ scuffs/ damage to the paint on the lower left eye. (A tiny bit on the black paint, some on the blue paint and also below the blue paint just below the eye ball on the edge of the skin colored paint.) I color matched it the best I could and painted it myself, but it is still noticeable. The paint is a water based acrylic which should be able to wipe off if you would like to try to repaint it yourself. I included two shops photos of the eye, one before being painted and one after. I replaced the batteries and it seems to function just fine. Item is sold as-is.
