The post portion that goes through the septum is implant grade ASTM F-136 Titanium. 14k chains hang from this threadless post. The piece is easily secured by simply pushing the pin into the hole in the post.
Available at single, double or triple chain (as pictured).
Available with 14k white, yellow or rose gold ( or even any combination of the three shops (let me know in a message when ordering).
The chain is 1.3mm size cable chain as pictured in photo.
