A Ceramic Heart with Doves~ Valentine's Day Decoration/Gift~ hand poured, cleaned and fired.
Painted with acrylic paints.
Sprayed with a ceramic sealant to protect the finished product.
All pieces have been hot glued into place.
A tulle bow has been glued into place inside of the heart. Please see all pictures :):)
Would make a wonderful gift for that someone special!!
Ready for display or gift giving.

#2. Take pictures of the inside/outside of the box. (make sure to show any damage to the box)
#3. Take pictures of the broken item(s), show the packaging. (you need to show that this is how you found the contents when opening the box)
#4. You will need to file a claim with the shipping company shops. (we use /USPS or FedEx)

****Note: When dealing with USPS they usually require the customer to bring in the damaged item(s) in the original box with packaging to the customers local post office******

After filing the claim (with FedEx or USPS) you should receive your refund within several weeks. (this depends on how quickly you provide information etc.)
