Vintage Hand Carved habille cameo 1/20 12k Gold Filled With Real Diamond. Has some discoloration on the inside band please see the pictures. Can be worn as a brooch or necklace. The shell is signed on the back. It appears to be very similar to the @ symbol. If anyone knows the carver let me know.
