This optical tool was owned by my father in law, a Capital Records employee who's name is on the 8-Track patent - and who earned the princely sum of $1 as it's inventor. I'll be listing several pieces of his vintage electronic collection, as he's now 90 years old and entering assisted living. You just can't take everything with you!
