This cozy wool shawl is a nuno felt scarf that combines the delicacy of silk chiffon with the warmth and softness of wool. I've used brown silk chiffon with a blend of merino and corriedale wool in shades of browns and oranges. The silk makes the scarf light and the wool makes the scarf warm.

I've designed this scarf so that it can be worn in many ways. You can drape it long, or wrap it around your shoulders like a shawl. My favourite way to wear this scarf is to position the circle on your chest where you want it to lie, then wrap the tail around your shops neck and feed it through the opening. This will secure your scarf in place and provide a beautiful focal point for your neck. You can wear this scarf with a winter coat, a sweater or as a shawl over a dress.

Care for your nuno felt shawl: Gently hand wash in mild soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze dry. Hang or lie flat to dry. Gently reshape as needed.
