Beautiful Evans "Banner" 1940s Vintage Pocket Lighter. Art Deco Silver Pocket Lighter. Excellent Vintage Condition Personal Purse Pocket Lighter. There is a Slight amount of JBWeld(?) over one fo the bottom screws - see pic for more information - it will not cause a problem - either fingertip or pliers turn the screw by the slotted edge of the screw.
The Bottom has the Iconic Evans Logo. Mechanism Moves Easily and the Wick Looks Unused. the Whole Lighter Looks Unused.
