A charming French watercolor dating to the 1910's. It features a French park with two talking gentlemen and a village in the background during fall. The impressionist style painting is enhanced by a beautiful wooden and stucco frame. It has been by the artist and dated 1913. On teh back there is a dedication "Offered to by Brother in Law, Saint Maurice 1919".

Good condition with some normal signs of ages on the frame.
