This listing is for a custom-illustrated character portrait that is drawn traditional first with pencil an after i color it digitally with photoshop.

★HOW TO GET STARTED★
- Please send me an Etsy message or email to with any photos and additional information.
- If you have general outfit requests please include those as well. (ie. "Laura often wears knee-length dresses and boots. She likes polka dots and floral.
-You will receive a proof of your portrait when I am finished, and will have the opportunity to request ONE ROUND OF REVISIONS before it is finalized.

☆LANGUAGES☆
I'm not madre tongue in english please be patient. I need time for answer you, and please write in basic english, not slang. Thank you

☆BRANDING and LOGO☆
When you purchase your package, I will begin work on it immediately provided it is a BUSINESS day. Business days do not include Saturdays or Sundays as I try and reserve the weekends to spend time with my family. If I am available to do work on the weekends, I will start then.

☆DIGITAL FILES☆
Digital Logo/Branding design are done in JPG, PNG and PDF.

☆COLORS☆
Colors will look different from each person's screen (mobile or otherwise) and occasionally what you receive will have a slight difference from what you may have seen. I will always do my absolute best to ensure that you will get exactly, if not very close to, the color selected in your image.

☆CANCELLING AND REFUNDING A COSTUM ORDERS☆
I accept cancellations after 48 hours from initial purchase, or from when our correspondence begins. After that point, since work has begun, only a 50% refund will be offered.

☆HOURS☆
The shop being online as well as an international presence can give the notion of 24 hour availability. If you contact us during the week, please allow 24 hours for a response, or if it is the weekend, please wait for our response by the next business day. The hours I hold for work are 10am-6pm EST
