Underarm to underarm- ". This is a bell sleeve as photos reflect. The cut of this coat allows extra room.
Sleeve length - ". - I took this measurement from the lower edge
( not top) of neck side when jacket fully zipped and neck fully extended.
Length - " From top, center of back when suit fully zipped to bottom hem.
