Custom House Portrait shops (watercolor)

These are made to order custom house portraits using pen and ink and watercolor. I will need image/s of the house that are clear and in the angle you want to see the house. Please specify if you would like the address of the house or names on the portrait as well. I will send you a pencil sketch of the house before finishing the ink and watercolor to make sure you like the way it look. It will be on 11x14 paper with a half shops inch white border.
