Never used Zwilling J.A. Henckles Pro 8" Chef Knife Purchased directly from Williams Sonoma. Retails $190 I have not even taken the sleeve off the blade - any smudges or anything are on the protective sleeve! Received this as a one off wedding gift, but we also got a whole set that included the same knife. We moved in shops the meantime, and were too late to return it to WS.
