2) The buyer notifies the seller within 7 days of delivery that they want to return the item.
3) Return shipping with tracking information and insurance is completed within 14 days of receiving at buyer's expense. Buyer must give the seller the tracking information.
4) Item must arrive in original condition within the 14 day time period described above.
