Styled after feather cloches worn by flappers in the 1920s, this black feather cloche is embellished in the front with a brooch of jet black beads and sequins.
Lined in black satin, the inner circumference shops of the hat measures 22" and the crown measures 5 1/2".
Inside label reads Lilly Lee.
The hat is in excellent condition.
