I bought this controller to use on my Ultra 22 (with my Spigen Thin Fit Designed for Galaxy S22 Ultra Case) and it fits perfectly. The controller is in pristine new condition since I only use it for like 15 minutes playing Sea of Thieves on XBox Pass Cloud. My experience with the Xbox Pass Cloud was subpar so I stopped it - and I have no need for this controller. It is really a shops new controller - the usb C cable that comes with it has not been used - and it comes with the original documentation and box.
