Vintage Royal Doulton “Thanksgiving “Model nos 2446 produced shops only between 1972-1976 designed by Mary Nicoll.

Here is something a bit different that caught my shops eye!
It is a Royal Doulton (Doulton and Co Ltd)vintage figurine of a jolly farmer feeding his colourful Turkey with wheat!The colours on this piece are simply stunning.It is in an eggshell finish and is beautifully hand painted.It has the stamp to the bottom and a couple of numbers probably one of which is the paintress mark.
Only produced between 1972-1976 this piece was designed by Mary Nicoll.
It is in excellent overall vintage condition with no chips cracks or restoration measuring 6.25(16.5cm deep) 5.5 inches (14 cm)wide and 8.25inches (21 cm) high and weighs 815g.
I think this would make a great display piece making an interesting focal point and is also highly collectible quite rare and desirable in the World of Royal Doulton Collectibles!One only ……don't miss him!
