An absolutely stunning and rare treat! A huge and chunky ring that is totally one of a kind! A large turquoise hubble glass round cabachon is prong set in solid 925 sterling silver. It is a long prong setting as you can see from the sides. An ornate pattern with swirls hugs the setting and continues slightly on the sides. Stamped "MEXICO," "925," and with an eagle mark 93 along with a maker's mark that looks like a "JS" with a line across the two letters. This is a large statement ring! In 1948, the Mexican government decreed that the eagle hallmark was to be used for all sterling items created for export. System was discounted in 1980. Fits like a 6.75. FIRM.
