This notebook is made by using a traditional Japanese stab binding technique.
Front cover of a brown card stock, hand embroidered in various green, brown, yellow, purple, and turquoise cotton threads shops on a fabulous vintage print of a Banana Tree.
On the inner side, the cover is finely lined for smooth writing.
Bound with green jad string.
Contains approx. 50 sheets of white european paper (100 pages front and back).
Dimensions approx. 21cm x 15cm / 8.3 x 5.8 inches (A5).

Ideal to use it as travel journal to an exotic destination or just... dream of it as I do. :-)

Slight differences may exist from the photo shown here, as it is completely handmade.

☞The print is a part of a beautiful print named "Capivard, ou cochon d'Eau au Pied d'un Bananier,” by François Froger, in the book "Relation d'un voyage" (Paris, 1698)
Here I use only the banana tree of the print.

Pens, pencils etc. shown in the photos are not included.
