Condition: I am not an antique book dealer. This is my own, uneducated opinion.
The book is in fair to poor condition. The spine has separated. There is a handwritten inscription inside dated 1923. The cover shows additional wear. The pages have yellowed. There is no other writing or damage to the book that I have discovered.
