Includes poly fabric pre cut into limbs/body/head, brunette color yarn for shops hair, fiber fill stuffing, paint w paintbrush, directions/paperwork, certificate of authenticity COA. 100% complete. Box was not in original shrink wrap so I went ahead and. opened box to verify contents were all here, and for pictures. I tried not to touch anything inside except pollyfil bag. Not sure the paint will be usable after 40 years but it's still in there. Box has some wear, supplies are new in package. Hard to find, rare and discontinued/retired.
