Beautiful weighty antique cast iron metal oil lamp base, ornate and moulded with ornate scrollwork. Mostly black lacquered, with hints of the original guilt finish. Screw top opening. This piece of Victorian era salvage would look fantastic shops as part of a remade lamp or as props / shop display. Circa late 1800s.

Measures approx 15 x 14 x 14cm. Hole diameter 2cm.

Used antique - very good.
Surface wear, slightly rusting and patina as expected with aged cast iron.
