Original Painting/illustration of your home, or a friend or family member's. Idea for gift giving, moving away, or housewarming!

The process is simple!

1. Begin by sending a convo with attached photos of your home taken at your preferred angle. Any pictures and additional comments about special details of the house, landscape features etc. should be sent along to add a personal touch to your portrait. Feel free to send a picture of your pet and where you would like it placed in the portrait (cat in the window, dog on the porch, etc.). Custom Home portraits start at $120 for an 8x10" painting shops with and additional $10 for each pet or other special addition.

2. A pencil sketch will be sent for your approval.

3. You will receive a jpeg of the final painting for approval.

4. You will purchase the custom listing!

5. You will receive your finished painting by USPS, unless otherwise arranged, packaged in a cello envelope and a sturdy photo mailer. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the process.

I use 140 lb. acid-free and chlorine-free 100% cotton fiber paper. I would be happy to work with you on anything to make your portrait unique and personal.
