Because slate is a natural metamorphic rock, expect size variances of up to .4". Each piece of slate has unique, fractured edges and no two are alike.

Due to differences in computer monitor settings and the nature of the substrate materials, the colors on your screen may vary from colors on the actual product. Because items are custom made for each customer, the placement of the design may vary from the photos in the product listing.

Photographs: After you order, please attach your photo to an Etsy message (convo). If you prefer, you can email your photos to shops me at MemoryWeaverStudio @ gmail.com. Please don't crop your image. I will crop it as necessary to fit your plaque. I will let you know if your photo has issues with quality, resolution, exposure, etc., that I can't correct. Most modern phone cameras will take a suitable photo if the photo is taken at “Fine” quality and is emailed at actual size. Please watch your Etsy messages after ordering so I can contact you if there are issues with your photo and to send you a proof before I make your plaque.

VAT, Import or Customs Fees may be levied on orders placed from outside the U.S. and are the responsibility of the customer to research and pay. International orders to some countries may take 2 to 3 months to arrive due to customs delays and other issues related to international
