Accessocraft NYC Coat of Arms Jelly Belly Pin, Chambery Savoie Moto shops

Interesting little pin measuring 1.75" across. Has the coat of arms and moto of "custodibus istis" for Chambery, Savoie, France.
Cabochons are like jelly bellies in a sort of millefiori type of material. I don't know if it's man made material or glass, but the pin does have shops a weight for such a small pin.
All looks in good shape.
