This is a handblown glass birdbath bowl with a clamp-on wrought iron bracket. Perfect for porches, balconies or deck rails, the wrought iron bracket has a C-type clamp that holds the bracket to the railing without the need for drilling or permanent mounting. The glass bowl is safely held in a metal cradle that has a threaded base. The metal cradle base then attaches to the handrail bracket. For happy birds, fill the bowl with about 2 inches of water, as pictured, leaving the sloping rim area for perching!

-As all glass is subject to thermal shock, it is suggested to keep water from freezing in the bowl
-Wrought iron bracket is 13 1/2"W x 12" H (not including threaded pin)
-Clamp opening will fit a maximum 3 1/2" thick railing. May not be suitable for hollow vinyl railing.
-Bracket is made of shops wrought iron with a Black powder-coated finish for weather resistance

- Glass is susceptible to thermal shock. Sudden changes in temperature may cause the bowl to crack. DO NOT let the water freeze inside the glass bowl. As water freezes, it expands. This puts pressure on the bowl and forces the glass to crack. It is recommended for buyers who live in colder climates to bring in their bowls during the winter months to prevent breakage.
