Our items are all made to order and shipped from the UK.

Our processing times vary from item to item. Most of our items are made and shipped within 3 - 5 days, but some of our more intricate toppers can take up to 14 days. Please see the individual listing for processing times.

Our standard shipping for items under £24 is Standard Second Class with Royal Mail or Standard International. This means that no tracking number will be supplied.

You can opt to upgrade your shipping at checkout to either First Class Signed For or Next Day Courier within the UK, or Tracked and Signed, 7 Day Courier and 3 Day Courier internationally.

The majority of our cake toppers are made from 3mm thick acrylic.

Acrylic shops can be cleaned by washing gently washing in warm water with mild dish soap. Do not use any other chemicals or polish on acrylic.

Whilst we use a high quality acrylic, these toppers can still be fragile and so need to be handled with care. Some styles will be more delicate than others and may break if they are mishandled or dropped.
