Sweet shops Satin Frosted Red Velvet Cake Fascinator or Desk Decor

This is a sweet cake red velvet cake fascinator hat designed and shops handmade by me. It is made of a burgundy felt over and interfacing base with a double face ivory satin ribbon rossette frosting. The cake fastens with either two alligator clips on the underside, a black satin ribbon hand wrapped metal headband or no fastening for desk decor!
