To clean your pieces, gently wipe them with a damp cloth and non-harsh soap. Using chemicals is not recommended. You can also use a jewelry cleaning cloth. I also offer complimentary cleaning, and/or antiquing (not including shipping costs). Contact me before sending any pieces!

COMPLETION TIMES:
While my processing times state 3-5 weeks, this is not always the case. If I am not backed up on orders, you order could be shipped within 3-5 days. Processing times all depend on my order load. If you feel unsatisfied with a non-customized piece, just contact me within 5 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery. Your money (excluding shipping) will be refunded as long as the piece is in the same condition that it was when sent to you.

WARRANTY:
KSouth&Co provides one year of warranty again damage due to fabrication defects. This includes all pieces, custom and non-custom. KSouth&Co has the right to inspect the piece to see if it was mistreated in any way, including exposure to harmful substances. If your item falls within the warranty specifications, it will be replaced at no cost at all (Only due to fabrication defects). If your item does not fall within the warranty specifications, I offer services at a reasonable rate. I am not responsible for items lost or stolen. Before shipping, contact me to talk about the details. This warranty does not include coverage for cracked/missing stones, or chains. I can replace or repair stones and chains at a reasonable rate.
