shops This strange creature had been waiting in my head for a long time. It was a relief to finally make him! He is a sea creature, a sort of submarine rooster (did you guess??).He uses his six legs to scuttle along the seafloor or in pairs to swim. He hunts by burying himself in the sand up to his neck. His neck is rubbery and flexible and his head and neck, which stick out of the sand, lay flat looking like a sea slug on the seafloor. I am not sure exactly what he eats....

Maybe he lives in an alien world.

The surface of the stoneware is textured and decorated with colourful underglaze, which is very matt and gives a velvety effect where the clay is smooth.
