Orfei was an Italian painter and sculptor (1926-2007). He appears to have dated this piece 1980 next to his signature. There are incised areas in the plate, giving it more dimension along with the painting. It measures 9 inches wide. This has some instances of crazing but otherwise looks great, with no chips or cracks. A nice piece of original art.
