Attention chefs, cooks and I will not say it F--dies because we all like food.

First off this is not a knife for a person that is intimidated by a 8" Chefs knife. Very nice weight and balance.
Carbon Steel, Full Tang, Three Rivet Handle, thick spine right past the bolster 4mm. Transition from bolster to blade feels fantastic with the pinch grip, more sloped.
So you need one to slice thru some beef, pork, large brisket shops etc... or just looking for that special knife for prep. Knife blade is carbon steel, there is some pitting and there is staining to the blade, no chips or chatters to blade edge. This has been sharpened and ready to put in service. Handle is a composite, The right scale of the handle has a very fine stress crack, absolutely no wiggle to it.
A few ideas on who made this yet with no markings visible, I won't do a guessing game.
