An interesting leather and is called "ghost" because it has a white waxy finish over the surface of the leather that will slowly wear away when rubbed or worn. This is my favorite of the camouflages as it has a blue almost denim colour. It is a great casual strap worn with jeans but isn't in your face so even when on a simple elegant watch like the master control date it still looks right.

As with all my straps I personally make each strap to order to ensure that it is finished to the best standards. I use only traditional craft techniques and no machines in their creation. I also hand stitch every part. Although all this is labor intensive the end result is worth all the effort when I have created something unique and beautiful that will be used.

Details:
The strap shown in the picture is 20mm at the lug tapered to 16mm at the buckle and is of the standard size 115mm/ 75mm.
The stitching is done in an grey coloured waxed linen thread.
I use Zermatt leather for the lining which is sweat resistant (great in summer) and hypoallergenic.
The Edges are smoothed and then coloured. They are finished off with bees wax that is used to burnish the edges, giving a smooth silky finish.
