New. No longer have box. Was purchased in park. The 2 pieces that take batteries do work. I put batteries in and tested them, batteries not included. Very heavy pieces. Stored in attic. No charge for dust/dirt. As is. Please ensure that your address is shops correct. Twice recently I have been charged extra as the mailing address was not correct and had to be corrected after shipping to ensure delivery.
