This item has a disk stuck in the drive and when you power it up, it makes a lot of noise. Haven't tried to get this out. I do not know how however I'm selling it for parts and repair. Only it appears to work does not come with a controller, I have one controller which I test. It appears to go to all the motions and hook up to the Internet is the most shops I can say about it thank you so as is for parts and repair. In addition, this item appears to have been dropped. It has a crack near the power button.
