Stein NIlsen Harald Akselsson Magnor (Norwegian) - Blue "Koselampe" Blue mood shops light Glass
Bottom piece is 5 x 3. The top part in 5.5 inches and 14 inches in diameter at the roundest area.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of manufacturing flaws (minor tooling marks, and slightly uneven rim) please see pictures. 3 minor flea bites where the two pieces come together, please see the last photo.
