This is "Thistle Plant". An original small acrylic painting by JLF on canvas. Inspired by these beautiful yet scary thistle plants. I am not a plant expert but it looked shops thistle like to me, but who knows. I focused on what I consider the flower, but each plant had spiky leaves that looked like barbed wire, amazing.
This piece was made in 2018.
Dimensions are included in the photos with a tape measure which shows as about 7 inches tall, 5 inches wide & depth is about 2 inches. The work is signed on the front with paint. The piece is also titled, dated, and signed on the back with a sharpie.
