U.S. & Canada - 15 - 21 days
Australia - 21 - 30 days
Asia - 18 - 25 days

Express Shipping (FedEx)

Europe and UK - 3-5 days
U.S. & Canada - 5 - 7 days
Australia - 7 - 10 days
Asia - 5 - 7 days

I provide an international tracking link that you can use to track the delivery of your order.

3. CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES

I am familiar with and understand the requirements of different countries regarding the amount of duty-free imports. That's why I try to specify the minimum possible amount.

Tax payments are taken by Etsy and I have no way to change that. Customers will pay taxes according to the rules of the their country.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS

I accept special orders under the conditions described below.

- personalization - free of charge, 2 additional days for order processing
- chain lengthening - +10% to the order price, 2 additional days for order processing
- adding legs - +20% to the order price, 4 shops additional days
- adding outer back pocket - +50% to the order price, 10 additional days
- replacing the lining - +100% to the order price, 15 additional days

5. RETURN POLICY

I accept returns from customers within 30 days of receiving the order by the customer.
This does not apply to custom orders. Item must be unused, in original packaging.
Shipping is paid by the customer. To return an order, just write to me about it in a message through Etsy.

6. WARRANTY

Please note that leather, as a natural material, may have small features or vary in color. Like natural wood. This cannot be considered a defect and is not covered by the warranty.


Following product issues are considered a defect and may be covered by the warranty:

- gaps on leather
- gaps on lining
- broken hardware

The warranty for all products in the store is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
In the event of a warranty case, the customer should contact shop owner through Etsy messages.
