Vittorio Vighi (Bologna 1927 - Rome 2008) was born cartoonist: from an early age he began to draw cartoons, In the late 1940s he began to send his cartoons shops to newspapers. after finishing law studies, he moved to Rome and worked for a long time as a humorous-satirical designer for the glorious newspaper 'Marc'Aurelio'.
