Small Meiji Period, 1868-1912, Japanese Satusma Handpainted Earthenware Bud Vase marked Nishida Zo' (Nishida, Kyoto). Made, late 19th Century (1868-1912). Artwork is depicting Karako a word that means "Tang Children Playing" and also a Symbol of Joy and Innocence. Small manufacturing chip on base that was glazed over. Seen in the Last Photo.
Overall crazing, some colour loss and wearing of gilding on rim all to be shops expected with Age and Use of this Piece. Please see All Photos.
