I love this blouse. Its made of chiffon and has the most beautiful sleeves. The detachable jabot is included. The jabot does not have an attached brooch. I included some of the brand stock photos as shops well to show how it sits on a body. It does have a lot of stretch to it due to the elastic. The official measurements are included in the last photo. It does stretch a lot in terms of circumference, but I do have to advise that it's recommended for someone with a smaller breast cup size. My bust is 50” and while it does fit, it doesn't accommodate very well for my specific size, there's not enough room vertically. Someone with a bigger chest size overall though would be fine in this.
