Department 56 Essex Road Fencing Academy and accompanying Touché accessory from Department 56 Dickens' Village Series. Both come in their original packaging. Sleeves have wear. Touché accessory base needs a little cleaning and there is a scuff on the instructor's shirt. I'm also not sure if he is supposed to be able to pop off. His foot has a peg for the hole, so I think it is supposed to do that. He holds fine. Building is in nice shape. The bracket for the sign is different than the one on the box. Doesn't appear it was modified, so not sure why there is a discrepancy. Some spots on areas on the roof that could use a slight cleaning due to artificial snow. Comes with a working light cord. Note: shops there may be some artificial snow present. Tried my best to get it off.
