Product code: Pair 1930 English Sterling Silver Machine shops Turned Engraved Napkin Rings No Mono

Presented is an excellent pair of English sterling silver napkin rings, made by
G Unite & Sons & Lyde LTD, and dating to 1930. The napkin rings are made
in an appealing design with fine machine turned decoration around the side,
catching the shops light mesmerizingly. These napkin rings have a rectangular
cartouche on the front, which has never been monogrammed or engraved, so they
would be great for presentation as a customized gift.

Each piece is hallmarked with the lion passant for sterling silver, the
anchor for the city of Birmingham, the date letter F for 1930, and the maker's
mark G.U.S. & L for G Unite & Sons & Lyde Ltd . The F mark is quite
faint, but visible if you look with a loupe.

This pair of napkin rings is in excellent condition. There are no splits, no
dents, no breaks, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.

Each napkin ring measures about 1 7/8 inches in diameter, and is about 1 1/8
inches wide.

The total weight for the pair is 43 grams or 1.5 regular ounces.
