Here comes vintage shops Steiff hand puppet magician or wizard with Steiff button and label (7076/17). Our old Magus was produced from 1969 to 1977 and is in very good condition!
Puppet magician is made of green, Bordeaux red, and yellow felt, with black gloves, a synthetic head, black mohair beard and hair, and an attitude of course. Originally this fine wizard would have had red plastic spectacles, but they are lost.
Steiff hand puppet magician measures 17 cm / 6 ¾ inches – glove only (fits to every average sized adult hand) and 25 cm / 10 inches to the top of the head.
Steiff wizard hand puppet comes without the stand that is to be seen in the photographs!
