Fan runs on 2 speeds, we could not get it to oscillate. The felt on the bottom is rough as you see in the photos. If there was a center button on the blades with the brand or model name it is missing. Cloth covered wire from the motor to the base shows some fraying. As you can see this fan needs a little clean up but we think you will like it.
Westinghouse table top fan cage measures approximately 14" side to side, plastic blades 12" side to side, 8" front to back and 17" top to bottom.
