Fire King Gilded Gold Loaf Dish With Lid 409, Rare shops Fireking Glass 1 Quart

This is a rare rectangle shape lidded Fire King dish with gold details. It has raised lettering on the shops top of the lid that says "T.M. REG. FIRE-KING 5 Made in USA." Also on the base of the bottom dish it says "409 T.M. REG. FIRE-KING 4 Made in USA 1QT."

The bottom glass dish is in excellent condition, no chips. The glass top has a 1/2" inch chip on the underside/inside lip, and the ends of the handles on the lid feel a little rough to the touch. The gold all looks excellent! It's a beautiful and unique piece.

Measures 9" x 5" x 2 1/2" inches, not including handles.
